We are looking for high-caliber sales professionals who are passionate about the intersection of luxury design and sleep science, and who have a proven track record of closing high-ticket, consultative sales.

What You'll DoExecute Consultative Sleep Solutions: Guide guests through a premium discovery process, using your expertise in sleep physiology and material science to recommend tailored mattress and bedding systems.

Drive Category Growth: Contribute to our Sleep Gallery's performance, utilizing clienteling and relationship-based selling to drive high Average Order Values (AOV).

Master Sleep Technology: Become the subject matter expert on our luxury bedding catalog, including high-tech adjustable bases, temperature-regulating materials, and the world's finest heritage mattress brands.

Seamless Digital Integration: Leverage Perigold's "Endless Aisle" technology to curate custom sleep packages that extend beyond the showroom floor, incorporating luxury linens, headboards, and bedroom furniture.

Collaborate with Design Partners: Act as the primary consultant for Interior Designers, helping them select the perfect technical sleep solutions for their clients' estate projects.

Closing Excellence: Demonstrate high proficiency in closing complex, high-ticket transactions through our POS, online, and mobile applications.

What You'll NeedExperience

Luxury Mattress Sales: 3

• years of experience in a high-end bedding or sleep-specialty environment.

High-Ticket Mastery: Proven success with a track record of exceeding quarterly sales goals.

Experience maintaining a "book of business" and managing long-term client relationships.

Skills and Abilities

Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of mattress construction (Latex, Hybrid, Memory Foam, Innerspring) and the ability to communicate technical benefits to high-net-worth clients.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to speak confidently about wellness, ergonomics, and luxury lifestyle trends.

Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in using CRM tools and tablets to manage the sales process.
