The associate, sales business operations plays a crucial individual contributor role in supporting Wayfair's overarching sales goals by contributing to the essential budgeting, planning, and analysis activities that drive the sales operations function. You'll be responsible for reviewing capital expenditures and analyzing sales-related expenses tied to key performance indicators like order pipeline, bookings, and sales productivity. By conducting regular variance analysis on expenses and budgets and evaluating pricing structures, you'll ensure alignment with the company's objectives. This role also involves maintaining and enhancing sales force automation systems and costing models to accurately monitor and manage revenue and expenses, providing the foundational insights for the entire sales organization.
