- Understand strategic business goals and deliver strategies and solutions for achieving those goals and navigating roadblocks through the use of data
- Build datasets to determine insights and actions, establish project plans to execute and dashboard to track progress
- Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our customer experience
- Communicate regularly with cross functional partners to understand business trends and new ways to break down problems into solutions
- Engage in road mapping and prioritization through diligent opportunity sizing and scoping efforts

B2B Operations Team Position
The B2B Operations team seeks an action-oriented, and collaborative individual that can translate business problems to actionable insights and data driven solutions to improve the customer experience and drive post order improvements for Wayfair Professional, which directly impact profitable growth and competitiveness.
They will do this by working on a set of projects, where they will be responsible for clearly defined targets, articulated opportunity size, and track progress to goal. They will drive a 3-6 month work plan focused on this improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to drive results.
What You Will Do:
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy: All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.

- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity and eagerness to have an impact on the business, especially as it relates to post order costs and customer experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization while juggling several priorities
- Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
- An open personality and confidence to work with mid level or C-level business partners
