Primary Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges related to the hiring, development, and/or engagement of Wayfair's workforce
  • Use creative skills to innovate & improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and/or performance management to build the best team
  • Use data and good judgment to inform decisions around hiring, learning offerings, and/or people policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with key partners and stakeholders such as business leaders, new hires, and managers
  • Exercise strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver results and solutions to human capital challenges

Full Job Description

Talent Associate Co-op - January 2027 Start

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour. This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in-office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant program, with the expectation that degree will be obtained between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
