Transportation Associate

The base pay for this position is $24.00/hr plus $2/hr shift differential between 6PM-6AM.

Available Schedules:

• Sunday - Wednesday 7:30AM-6PM
• Wednesday - Saturday 5:30PM - 4:00AM

What You'll Do:

• Assess loading quality of truckloads in our middle mile network, including utilization, load securement, and packaging damage.
• Build strong partnerships with our fulfillment teams to drive improvements in loading practices.
• Communicate directly with our truckload and small parcel carriers to adjust schedules, ensure on time pickup, and manage delivery performance.
• Update Manhattan TMS with truckload movements and milestones.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehousing or transportation function - experience in dispatching or trailer loading are a plus.
• Ability to walk the cross dock floor and physically inspect trailers for load quality, including climbing stepladders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of building collaborative relationships and ability to partner with managers in other departments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to be a self starter.
