Primary Duties

  • Serve as a strategic partner to 3-5 senior leaders helping drive focus, prioritization, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage complex global calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, adapting quickly to evolving schedules and ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Build and maintain processes and workflows that improve organization and visibility across executive support operations while leveraging AI tools and technology to streamline day-to-day support.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and team events that foster collaboration and connection.
  • Manage expenses and administrative operations with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and high-priority matters.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to a strong Executive Assistant and Executive Business Partner community by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding efforts, and providing informal mentorship to peers.
  • Provide coverage for fellow EAs and EBPs as needed to ensure continuity of support across leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and composure.

Executive Business Partner
This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This is not a virtual / remote position.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools, including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning new technologies, including AI tools that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
