Primary Duties
- Primary lead for supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Global Partner Support operational verticals.
- Perform annual benchmarking against industry and peer group data to ensure our compensation offerings are competitive and aligned with best practices.
- Partner with senior Legal, Finance, and Business leadership to design and develop compensation plans for various roles in Sales and Service roles.
- Develop and formalize policy and governance framework documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain and create compensation grades and job profiles in Workday.
- Perform audits on data and partner with external teams in Finance, Talent, and Recruiting to ensure compensation design is driving desired business outcomes.

Senior Analyst, Global Compensation
This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA (this role is not a virtual / remote position). 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH.

We're seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Global Compensation team. In this role, you will be responsible for recommending global compensation design for Sales, Customer Services, and Global Partner Support based on internal and market analysis. You will report directly to the Head of Field Compensation and play a key role in shaping the compensation landscape for our employees worldwide. The ideal candidate has a strong data management and analytics skillset, is a collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail, has a strong desire to learn new skills and enjoys working with systems, tools, and processes, and is passionate about continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- 2+ years of work experience in Compensation.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations.
- The maturity, integrity, and respect to handle extremely confidential and sensitive employee data.
- 1+ years of Workday experience in Compensation.
- Compensation subject matter expertise from a policy and process standpoint, unrelated to Workday.
- Experience maintaining systems that support complex organizations covering multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python.
