Wholesale Contracts SpecialistThe Wholesale Contracts Specialist manages contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and legal standards across ~2,000 wholesale customer accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between departments, this role supports business operations, contract security, financial incentives, and branded programs.

Key duties and

responsibilities: Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy in drafting, review, and compliance

Lead and support ~2,000 Wholesale Customer Accounts;1 Sr. Contract Manager; 1 Manager of Development & Admin; 5 Market Managers; ~47 Wholesale Business Consultants; 2 Business Development Managers

Liaison w/ accounting, legal, and real estate departments

Validate contract requests and Salesforce entries against approved deals

Coordinate with accounting, legal, and real estate teams on contracts, rent payments, and security filings

Prepare and oversee monthly commission rents (~300 accounts @ ~$2M)

Manage acquisition fuel contracts and incentive agreements

Act as Salesforce subject matter expert (SME), ensuring system integrity and conducting testing

Monitor Major Oil Company brand offers and acceptance dates

Secure and organize all legal documentation
