Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Provide solution design, configuration guidance, and ongoing application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design activities across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to gather and document requirements for enhancements and projects.
- Support architecture and design discussions to ensure solutions align with business and technology standards.
- Assist with integration design activities involving Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and related enterprise applications.
- Support data conversion, data quality, and master data management activities during implementations and enhancements.
- Review functional and technical design documentation and provide recommendations as needed.
- Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production support activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, and offshore teams to support successful project delivery.
- Participate in change management, release management, and governance processes.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users.

- Experience working with onshore and offshore support and project teams.
- Knowledge of data migration, data governance, and master data management concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
