Primary Duties
- Listen to stakeholders and end users, and incorporate their feedback cohesively into recommendations
- Responsible for facilitating discovery and design sprints to gain end user perspective and feedback
- Responsible for making final decisions on what goes into the product and prioritizing in what order
- Bring the product to life from end-to-end, with full support and enable for end users
- Accountable for ensuring the recommendations are accurate and reliable
- Support SRM Analytics across multiple levels of business and technical stakeholders
- Turn tools and data into actionable stories our teams can make decisions with
- Have deep understanding of the business drivers & KPIs, and how the SRM levers directly or indirectly impacts them
- Provide holistic, end-to-end view of the challenges and opportunities to implement and improve SRM capabilities across divisions
- Be an analytical thought partner who can determine which data is relevant to create actionable and measurable insights
- Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of the initiatives
- Be ready to adapt as the role develops

7-Eleven is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Analyst of Revenue Management to drive enterprise-level initiatives using advanced analytics tools, including Periscope by McKinsey. This role is critical in shaping and leading strategies that maximize profitability, enhance competitive positioning, and deliver value across our vast retail network. The Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) team's mission is to drive world-class revenue management practices through the organization. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Merchandise to drive change and growth through a balanced approach of promotions and price/offer pack architecture (PPA). As an SRM Analyst, you will be a critical partner in guiding the development, execution, and enablement of both foundational and industry-leading data, tools, reports, models, and processes that support our growth objectives.

Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4+ years
- Years of Management Experience: NA
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in BI/visualization software, i.e., Power BI
- Experience working with Price/Promo AI solutions, Periscope by McKinsey preferred.
- Experience working with external syndicated sales, consumer data, and internal financial data
- A proficient understanding of data architecture, data lake and cloud systems, and data management structures
- A high-level understanding of modeling concepts, techniques, and methods (elasticity, clustering, etc)
- Retail, consumer goods, or convenience industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong track record in analytic acumen is key with understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution Skills
