Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Coach, verify and drive improvement of restaurant brand standards execution in the field including quality food preparation, full/fresh presentation and execution of the promotional sales plan and key focus items.
  • Coach, verify and drive improvement in food safety in conjunction with the third-party Food Safety Audits (Ecosure).
  • Coach, verify and drive improvement in the customer experience with attention to hospitality, quality, speed of service, and cleanliness as measured by the Customer Experience Visits (CEV).
  • Coach, verify and drive improvement in restaurant operations controls including labor, waste, and shrink to improve productivity and profitability. Identify opportunities to simplify operations and improve consistent execution.
  • Support new restaurant growth.
  • Partner with respective Area Leaders and Regional Leaders for a unified focus in the field.

About this opportunity:
High performing subject matter expert on restaurant brand standards and restaurant operations working on behalf of the Restaurant Platforms teams and, in partnership with Field Operations, to coach, verify, and drive continuous improvement of brand standards execution, food safety, customer experience, and restaurant operation controls.
