Position: UX Researcher III

Build a research road-map; communicate and refresh on regular basis to ensure relevancy.

Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept evaluation, field research, and/or survey design.

Generate tools and frameworks such as archetypes/personas, user journeys, design principles, and templates to support design partners.

Conduct research utilizing focus groups, interviews, online surveys, digital diaries, moderated/unmoderated online panels, and/or customer panels.

Create and optimize mechanisms that generate and track actionable customer insights to improve our products and services.

Domestic and international travel required up to 25% of the time to perform role responsibilities may be required (40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $175,656/year to $205,900/year)
