Key job responsibilities as a key strategic partner to Amazon's Talent Solution's Core Science and Engineering, you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent initiatives. Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)

Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
