- Develop and maintain SOPs for lab operations and equipment

- Conduct root cause analysis for lab incidents and implement corrective actions

From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
As an SSL Lab Engineer at SEA99, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement safety protocols, drive process improvements, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure lab operations meet quality standards and safety requirements.
Key job responsibilities:
A day in the life:
Laboratory setting with specialized test equipment. May require occasional extended hours to complete critical test campaigns. Collaborative team environment focused on product quality and reliability.
