responsibilities: Negotiate, draft, and review complex enterprise and technology licensing agreements across diverse business contexts

Provide comprehensive legal counsel on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters related to cloud computing and technology services

Support product development and operations teams with strategic legal insights on intellectual property, privacy, and marketing initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate business development and strategic programmatic launches

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives
