As a Software Development Manager (SDM), you will lead your team of software development engineers (SDEs) and collaborate with economists, academic scholars, machine learning scientists and other SDEs across the company to develop, test, and deploy services that implement a wide range of machine learning models and utilize Gen AI services. A successful candidate will have a passion for innovation, interest in the latest technology, and excitement about working in a high-impact domain.

You know how to help engineers navigate priorities and communicate clear expectations with customers.

You should be knowledgeable about the architecture of distributed systems and software development life cycle.
