Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute program strategies for multiple Amazon business units.
• Manage capital planning and change management, including estimates, budgets, tool development, and execution plans for facility expansions and new technology initiatives.
• Lead change management initiatives to optimize Amazon's legacy network.
• Oversee engineering change requests and implement process improvements that scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project planning and financial entitlement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and competing priorities across various functions within Engineering Services.
• Escalation management with senior executives.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager or a related occupation.
• Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a master's degree and one year of experience.
• Must have one year of experience in the following skills:
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in process improvement and change management.
• Project management.
• Using lean/agile methodologies and operational efficiency concepts.

Salary Range: $127,462/year to $160,000/year.
