We're seeking a Software Development Engineer to lead our Resource Configuration initiatives, from developing new customer-facing features and scaling our infrastructure for the agentic era, to designing and delivering complex migrations, while mentoring and coaching other engineers.

You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
