Full Job Description
Finance Manager
Future CFOs wanted! Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to partner with a Special Projects team that takes the company's Think Big leadership principle to the max, with no industries or subject areas out of bounds. You will play a key role among innovators, entrepreneurs, builders, and dreamers that are transforming bold new ideas into high-impact strategic initiatives, with the goal of creating entirely new products and services. If you're interested in helping Amazon address grand challenges in the world and break new ground, this role is for you.
As Finance Manager, you will operate independently and cross-functionally to drive financial strategy and deliver results in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Assignments will be ambiguous and demand a highly analytical, intellectually curious leader with sharp judgment who can evaluate situations through the lens of the customer, business owner, and financial investor. You must be strategic in vision, rigorous in analysis, and proven in managing competing priorities while influencing decisions through compelling financial narratives, data-driven recommendations, and creative alternatives. This role requires regular engagement with business and finance leaders.
