Senior Technical Business Development Manager For Amazon AdsAs a Senior Technical Business Development Manager for Amazon Ads, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our omnichannel creative personalization solution across multiple ad formats and digital channels.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive adoption of our personalization solutions by advertisers and technology partners across display, audio, and video formats on streaming TV (STV), web, and mobile platforms.
Key job
responsibilities: Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon Ads' omnichannel creative personalization solution, balancing advertiser needs, customer experience, and business impact
Lead cross-functional teams across product, science, engineering, and design to develop differentiated market positioning and competitive strategies for personalization technologies across display, audio, and video formats
Drive adoption of AI-powered creative personalization capabilities, automation tools, and interactive ad formats across STV, web, and mobile channel
Partner with analytics teams to define and track metrics that demonstrate creative effectiveness and the impact of personalization
Collaborate with product, sales, partner development, and marketing teams to develop enablement materials on personalization best practices across ad formats
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in omnichannel advertising and personalization to inform GTM strategy
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives
Create business cases and implementation roadmaps to accelerate customer adoption of personalization solutions
Identify market opportunities and create business cases for new personalization features across ad formats and channels
Represent Amazon Ads at industry events and customer meetings to promote our personalization capabilities
