Recruiting Business Partner (Client Lead)
The Recruiting Business Partner (Client Lead) serves as a strategic talent advisor for assigned business units at AWS. This role owns the recruiting strategy, oversees the recruiting process, partners closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develops comprehensive talent strategies, and drives hiring outcomes that support Amazon's growth objectives. The RBP acts as the primary recruiting point of contact for their client group, managing complex requisitions while coaching hiring teams on best practices and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
