Amazon Ads is seeking an Ad Sales Manager of Account Management in New York for the Streaming TV New Business team. You will lead an organization of Sales AMs responsible for building relationships with new Amazon Ads customers. Internally, you will partner closely with prospecting sales reps, Product, GTM, Creative, Ad Tech, Programmatic, and Analytics. As a Manager, you will own revenue targets for your team and will be responsible for creating plans to achieve them. You will coach and lead your team to be strategic consultants for their customers, providing media insights and strategies to meet customer objectives. You will leverage your experience and judgment to define organizational design, strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to accelerate net-new advertiser activation and maximize customer retention. You will drive the execution of your strategy, ensuring that your team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction and YoY revenue growth, renewal rates as well as revenue targets, and partner closely with sales leadership, peer leaders in the Insights and Performance Team, and product leadership to establish joint goals and strategies to drive both advertiser satisfaction and enable your team to achieve their revenue targets.

- Building high-performing sales teams through strategic hiring, coaching, and performance management aligned with Amazon's Leadership Principles
- Driving sales strategy execution by setting clear goals, monitoring pipeline health, and ensuring Account Managers prioritize customer engagement to become consultative partners
- Partnering with other Sales and Creative Managers to optimize pod team coordination and account coverage models
- Owning customer retention and expansion strategies by analyzing account health metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable playbooks
- Establishing operational excellence through standardized processes, clear role definitions across partner teams
- Developing talent through regular coaching, skill development programs, and career progression planning
- Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, customer obsession, and continuous improvement while maintaining team engagement and performance standards
