Responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution of global sales compensation programs, including automation, implementation, and optimization across AWS's GSC Operations. Develop and implement scalable solutions for compensation administration, reporting, and analytics across global teams. Manage complex program implementations across multiple stakeholder groups including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Tech teams. Design and execute change management strategies for new compensation plans and operational processes. Create and maintain program governance frameworks ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize compensation operations, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline compensation processes and reporting. Build comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions to track key compensation metrics and program effectiveness. Drive data-informed decisions through advanced analytics and modeling of compensation scenarios. Develop and maintain performance metrics frameworks to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Lead analytical deep-dives to provide strategic insights on compensation program performance and business impact. Partner with VP-level stakeholders to align compensation strategy with business objectives. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks for compensation programs. Lead UAT efforts for compensation system updates and new implementations. Create and maintain documentation for compensation policies, procedures, and processes. Drive continuous improvement in compensation operations through process optimization and automation. Create scalable training and enablement programs for compensation processes.
Position
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; (2) experience with project management and process improvement; (3) owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
