The Transportation Excellence Academy (TEA) provides a consistent and reliable training experience for Transportation Operations Management (TOM) leaders through a three-stage onboarding and development journey. TEA is looking for a trainer who is passionate about developing a growing network of transportation leaders to become an industry leading organization.

As a Training Specialist II, you are responsible for Developing the Best by facilitating and executing instructor-led TOM proficiency training. You will lead weekly sessions on various topics providing learners with skills critical to their success in role. Training topics include understanding the Amazon transportation structure, maintaining a safe operation, managing CDL drivers, and leading the Amazon way using a mix of technologies and media platforms.
