Full Job Description

Program Manager, Seller Acquisition & Education

Over 60% of sales in the Amazon store come from third-party sellers. The mission of the Seller Acquisition & Education (SAE) team is to recruit and empower new Amazon sellers, connecting them with information, opportunities, services, and resources to launch and grow successful businesses both in and beyond the Amazon store. SAE is looking for a self-directed and AI-fluent program manager to join our content delivery program. This role will manage the creation of both marketing and educational content that can help Amazon sellers identify and understand opportunities, unlock key concepts, and make informed business decisions. You'll partner with product and business owners to understand seller needs and pain points, then draft, design, and launch content across a range of modalities, delivering the information and insights that sellers need to grow their businesses. An ideal candidate will be able to work independently to research, scope, design, and deliver exceptional content at scale across a large project portfolio. They will be fluent in AI video-production tools (e.g., Synthesia), meet competing deadlines, and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders and other content creators.
