Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Own and manage training governance processes, including identifying required training across a 60K-person organization, overseeing approval workflows, and coordinating launch timelines.
- Lead user listening initiatives (polls, surveys, and interviews) to identify training pain points and improve enablement effectiveness based on user feedback.
- Oversee projects that audit and assess training completion, reaction scores, and confidence data to uncover learning hurdles and recommend solutions.
- Define project goals and develop executable plans to achieve objectives.
- Manage project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables; submit final outputs and initiate or approve plan modifications as needed.
- Develop scalable solutions to identify outdated or duplicate training content and expand adoption of high-performing trainings.
- Oversee the adoption and training of new users on inspection tools used for tracking and reporting training impact metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation by updating team wikis and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Assign and track team responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
