responsibilities: Define and execute product strategy for complex global logistics systems that span multiple regions, business units, and technical platforms
Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring deep technical understanding and coordination across engineering, operations, and business teams
Drive architectural and technical decisions that balance scalability, performance, and operational excellence in logistics systems
Develop comprehensive business cases and secure executive buy-in for major investments in logistics technology
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (ML/AI, IoT, automation) to transform logistics operations and customer experiences
Create and own product roadmaps that address both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic objectives
Establish key performance metrics that align technical outcomes with business results and customer experience improvements
Influence senior leadership on strategic direction and resource allocation for critical logistics technology initiatives
Mentor product managers across the organization and elevate product management practices
Navigate complex global regulatory requirements and regional variations in logistics operations
Translate highly technical concepts between engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive alignment and effective decision-making
