Primary Duties
- Collaborate with engineering leaders both within Leo and broader Amazon to create project execution plans for international expansion.
- Work with business, legal, accounting, and go-to-market teams to develop clear test and readiness criteria and plans.
- Work with engineering and product/program management to track and report out launch status.
- Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-off recommendations, understand the technical challenges, enable solutions, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues.
- Own visibility into launch status by proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers to key stakeholders and leadership.

Amazon Leo Sr. Technical Program Manager
Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
The Amazon LEO team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager with experience in driving global expansion of products/business units. The role will interface with cross-functional product, business, and engineering teams to develop robust solutions to expand to new geographies that will go into satellites and ground equipment/terminals.
