Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP PP/QM solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
- Configure and customize core SAP PP modules, including Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Shop Floor Control/Production Execution, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Capacity Planning.
- Configure and customize SAP QM modules, including Quality Planning (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics), Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Notifications, and Batch Management.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP/QM and other core SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI/CO.
- Develop and manage comprehensive data migration strategies for relevant master and transactional data (e.g., BOMs, routings, quality specs, production orders) from legacy systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
- Plan and deliver effective end-user training sessions and provide critical post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and rapid issue resolution.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, the project management office (PMO), and technical teams, managing project scope, risks, and timelines.
