We're looking for a product manager who combines superb technical, research, and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to look around corners, work independently, and get the right things done. This person must be comfortable acting as a technical lead for our product lifecycle management and manufacturing execution systems. Key Job Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing execution system (MES) work-streams.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in PLM and MES systems architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy.
• Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms.
• Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business.
• Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.

About The Team
The configuration management, facilities & infrastructure tools (CMFIT) team defines, deploys, and refines prime air's process controls and tool sets required for the definition, manufacture, qualification, operations, and configuration management of prime air's fast growing ultra-fast delivery platform with target of delivering to 500 million packages a year to customer around the world before the end of the decade.
