Full Job Description

Senior TPM
We're looking for a senior TPM to drive operational rigor and strategic alignment across AWS Developer Relations. This person will work directly with the head of AMER DevRel to manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate with AWS service teams, and shape the technical content that reaches millions of developers.
A day in the life:
  • Own and drive cross-team workstreams spanning DevRel, service teams, docs, and marketing, tracking commitments and removing blockers
  • Translate DevRel's work into strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences
  • Build and maintain the operating cadence reporting, tracking, prioritization
  • Coordinate with service teams on developer marketing and feedback loops
  • Identify what's working and what's not across the org using data, then recommend changes
