Sr. Product Manager-Technical In WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation

As a Sr. Product Manager-Technical in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, BI Managers, Data Engineers, BIEs, and TPMs. You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of the Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own data platforms products in the S&A space. We have a strong vision and are iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers, which will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in the early days.

About you: You're an accountable, hands-on product leader with a strong focus on problem-solving with a positive attitude, who lets nothing stand in the way. You know how to clarify the path forward and prioritize work while dealing with ambiguity and limited data points. You know how to influence others. You're a natural collaborator equally comfortable talking business processes with operation leaders, tech with developers, user experience with designers, positioning with product marketers, numbers with finance and marketing, and strategy with executive leadership. You stay on course for your vision but are flexible in how you achieve it, keeping overall success and incremental value to your customers in mind.

Key Job Responsibilities
The critical functions for this leader are as follows:

• Own one or more products in Data Platforms:
• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy, and execution for your product area.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement, and success metrics.
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share the roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners.
• Design and implement new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, and dashboards.

A day in the life: As a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data-driven decisions, articulate your vision, and sell your features for implementation. You are expected to articulate your point of view with crisp communication, demonstrate the ability to synthesize the inputs from your partners and stakeholders, and achieve alignment in a harmonious way. You will proactively manage the product backlog and work closely with your tech team and TPMs to ensure deliveries that deliver both value and take the product towards the S&A North Star vision.

About the team: WW Ops Finance S&A Data Platforms team is tasked to come up with a data strategy and implement it with scalable platforms and products. These products support automation and standardization of finance routines such as planning and reporting. We build features and products that span the data stack using Medallion architecture.
