Principal Technical Program Manager

As a Principal Technical Program Manager on this team, you'll drive the delivery of complex, multi-team programs that bring Alexa's AI capabilities to enterprise customers across the US, Europe, and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of innovative AI, device software, cloud services, and real-world customer deployments partnering with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs spanning multiple engineering teams, time zones, and customer commitments.
• Be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and business stakeholders driving clarity, unblocking teams, and keeping complex programs on track.
• Work directly with enterprise customers (hotels, senior living communities, healthcare providers) and see the real-world impact of what you build.
• Operate at the forefront of generative AI applied to enterprise use cases.
