Full Job Description
UX Designer
We're seeking a UX Designer with design systems expertise to support Fire TV and Tablet while also designing B2B workflows, enterprise tools for marketing experiences, and developer tools. This hybrid role combines deep design system knowledge (component building, use case documentation, Human Interface Guidelines) with hands-on product design for complex workflow and service design challenges.
Key job responsibilities
Design Systems (60-70% of role)
The Devices & Services Experience Design (DXD) team leads user experience and industrial design innovation across Amazon's device portfolio, including Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, and the Alexa app. Our team works at the intersection of design, product and engineering, creating meaningful hardware and software experiences that enhance customer lives. We believe in storytelling and thinking holistically to craft the "why" behind everything we ship. The design organization plays a critical role in accelerating collaboration between designers, engineers, researchers, and product managers across products like FireTV, Echo Family Devices, Fire Tablets, and the Alexa mobile app.
