Directly hire, retain, and grow top engineering talent, geared towards Agentic AI development

Be a clear technical voice, working in partnership with your teams to deliver an architecture which will scale with the needs of the AWS business

Quickly and reliably deliver high quality technical solutions that will delight our customers

Meet with customers to learn and help them shape their own tooling story on AWS

Work on business strategy to define product roadmaps and execution plans as needed

Communicate clearly to leadership the risks, successes, and roadblocks as part of your product execution
