Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Draft and negotiate technology contracts, ensuring internal policies are met, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) agreements.
- Draft, review, negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives to ensure legal compliance, protect the organization's interests, and foster fair agreements.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders (WO), WO-Amendment creation and execution process and review requisitions for goods and services.
- Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with businesses to negotiate deliverables, finalize due dates for milestones and review the cost for each deliverable and milestone.
- Review and analyze data on partner participation for each contract.
- Review and update Salesforce and ensure data compliance in Salesforce.
- Mentor junior Contract Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:
40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $88,100/year to $154,100/year. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
