Full Job Description
Technical Builder
We are looking for a technical builder who can translate people science into production grade tools and interfaces. This role bridges the gap between research insights and the teams who need to act on them, turning complex science into usable products for HR and business leaders. This is not zero to one invention work or horizontal platform building. It is taking validated proofs of concept and making them real, scalable solutions for specific talent problems in our business.
Key job responsibilities:
Our PXT (People Experience and Technology, HR) team supports Foundational AI Models, Quantum Computing, and Custom Silicon (Annapurna). We are a team of HR leaders embedded at the frontier of Amazon's most transformative technology bets. This is an extraordinary time to be part of this team. The organizations we support are redefining how AI models are built and trained, designing custom chips that power the next generation of compute, and pushing the boundaries of quantum computing. The pace of change is unprecedented: our charter is evolving in real time as these businesses scale, evolve, and pioneer new ways of working.
