Business Development Manager

Hub Delivery is one of Amazon's fastest-growing Last Mile channels, partnering with small business owners to deliver packages in their communities. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead a regional team of field-based sales associates responsible for recruiting new Hub Delivery Partners local small businesses that become a critical part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery network.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of sales, community engagement, and operational execution. You will own regional acquisition targets, build and develop a sales team, and serve as the connective tissue between local communities, delivery station teams, and Amazon leadership.
