Full Job Description
Product Manager for Creative Technology Transformation
The individual selected for this position will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of creative technology transformation across Amazon's Reputation Marketing & Insights (RMI) team. You will move the team from early-stage experimentation to a structured, scalable product vision that delivers measurable improvements to creative production speed, cost, and quality across global markets.
In this role, you will:
You will connect RMI to broader Amazon technology initiatives while ensuring every investment translates into tangible campaign impact, not just a proof of concept. You will partner with creative leads, producers, project managers, and a range of other internal and external stakeholders to embed technology into real workflows rather than layering it on top. Success in this role is measured by adoption, efficiency gains, and the creative team's ability to produce more high-quality work faster and with less resources.
About the team
Our team strives to identify the persuasive return on investment for every dollar we spend. We build marketing plans that persuade our core audiences through best-in-class media tactics and measurement methodology that enables us to optimize towards the principles and platforms that achieve real-world outcomes at the expense of those that don't. Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we're building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.
