- Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements.
- Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch.
- Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations.
- Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.

Position Requirements:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience.
- Must have two years of experience in the following skills: translating financial contract and program language into business requirements; and owning financial reconciliations or analyses.
- Must have one year of experience in the following skill: mentoring and training junior team members.
