Overall, it was a really positive experience.

During my time here, I was initially excited about the entrepreneurial learning opportunity, however, I found the workload significantly misaligned with the stated goals. I was responsible for all aspects of stock management, including ordering, organization, sales, and inventory updates, a task typically requiring the efforts of multiple individuals. Despite consistently fulfilling this role for over a month, overtime compensation was not provided. Furthermore, there was a mandatory requirement to complete all stock-related duties, including cleaning and restocking the trial room, by the end of each day, regardless of working hours. This created considerable pressure, particularly as other employees were encouraged to arrive early, while the responsibility for completing these tasks fell solely on the night staff. I experienced significant difficulty balancing this demanding workload and felt the organization’s approach was unsustainable. I found the operational structure to be highly stressful and would advise potential employees to carefully consider the expectations and potential for excessive hours.
