Teaching apples rules needs to be changed! The Job wasn't worth any of the tears of stress!

Overall, the most positive aspect of my employment has been the compensation, although the company’s size – a multi-billion dollar organization – does not consistently translate to adequate training resources. The training program was ineffective and hindered the learning process. The most stressful element of my role has been the lack of clear guidance and support. Frequently, I was uncertain about the correct procedures and unable to obtain timely assistance when seeking clarification, creating a situation where I was required to make assumptions and concerned about potential negative customer feedback. The work environment and company culture were primarily remote. I observed that new managers often felt pressured to establish their authority, and I experienced two formal written warnings without a clear explanation for the first, and was not informed or authorized to sign any documentation related to the second. A typical workday was characterized by a high degree of stress and anxiety. Despite the potential for positive customer interactions, I frequently encountered managers who focused on identifying negative aspects, leading to a consistently challenging and uncomfortable work experience.
