This role allows you to support the Northeast Region with managing and growing the Commercial and Specialty products within the region and this role will report to the VP, Region CFO. You will accomplish this by:Partnering with senior management team within the region to maintain financial and operational control of the businessSupporting the financial close, planning and forecasting processesAnalyzing key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze results, including detailed review of medical cost drivers and DOS resultsAnalyzing premiums and fees rate against budgets and forecastsSupporting P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reportingCollaborating with constituent areas including Actuarial, Underwriting, Network and Medical EconomicsResolving problems and drive issues to resolutionPresenting financials to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience or graduate of a leadership development programExperience with financial planning, analysis, P&L, reporting or accountingEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field; equivalent work experience may substitute.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
