Position: Second (2nd) Shift Groop Coordinator Lead]

3:00pm 10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday]
Pay
$22.00 per hour
• $1 per hour shift diff
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or
experience: Forklift experience
6 months previous work in an inventory department
Able to use a computer and the Microsoft Office Suite

Role Purpose: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
Key Accountabilities: Conduct training for new associates.
Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
Education and Experience
6-12 months warehouse experience
6-12 months forklift operation experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
