Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL business units worldwide. Job Purpose:

• Support Head of CRE Sub-Region and Commercial Regional Lead on all Commercial activities, future pipeline, and improvement potentials.
• Guide the Senior and Commercial managers in the sub-region. Work on transactions negotiations, strategy, and execution.

Your Tasks:

• Manage and lead Commercial Real Estate activities at a sub-regional level, provide expert commercial knowledge and implement global plans at a sub-regional level; Guide the Head of CRE Sub-Region on the key commercial activities and future roadmap in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies.
• Collaborate with BU colleagues to define future strategy by division on sub-regional level and overall real estate strategy.
• Present global/regional strategy to sub-regional BU heads and gain support to pursue commercial opportunities.
• Present global strategy to sub-regional CRE team to garner support to enable aligned strategy execution of sub-regional commercial team.
• Support the global Commercial goals depending on concrete annual priorities.
• Implement global commercial strategy with sub-regional BU Heads.
• Ensure service excellence in all sub-regional Commercial projects to maximize the value of the organization's Real Estate portfolio.
• Continuously monitor markets for real estate related opportunities.

Stakeholders:

• Extensive contact and negotiating with other departments and 3rd parties with conflicting objectives.
• Influence and challenge key stakeholders effectively.
• Develop strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with senior DHL business leaders.
• Influence others across DHL and externally as an internally and externally recognized thought leader representing the Group.
• Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems.
• External stakeholders: Landlords and thought leaders in Logistics and CRE DHL Customers.
• Internal Stakeholders: Business Unit Sub-Regional Management Team, Commercial Matrix teams, GBS CRE Regional Management Team, and Team/Legal/Risk & Insurance.

Your Profile:
Education Level:

• Master's Degree.

Experience Level:

• More than 8 years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience.
