Overview
DHL eCommerce Solutions is seeking a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager of Billing & Cash Management to lead end-to-end billing operations, optimize cash flow, and drive continuous improvement across high-volume, multi-regional financial processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume billing cycles ensuring compliance with contractual, tax, and audit standards.
• Approve billing adjustments, credits, and exceptions.
• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure timely cash application.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance teams on liquidity management.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Global Finance on ERP and reporting enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Lead and develop a team of billing and cash application specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in billing, cash management, or financial operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong focus on accuracy, optimization, and continuous improvement.
