Full Job Description

Inventory Control Specialist

Standard Inventory Control daily duties (cycle counts, data entry, Welcome Center coverage).

Will be working on damage area keeping count accuracy of the warehouse, and the ability to physically move product to correct locations.

Will need to pay close attention to detail (part numbers, lot codes & descriptions, etc).

Must have 6-12 months of experience operating a forklift.

Perform routine clerical assignments including filling invoices and maintaining records.

Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.

Assist finding missing parts to fulfill orders prior to cutoff time.

Must have entry level knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

Ability to be a team player and work closely with the outbound team helping clear failure reports.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
