Primary Duties
- Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Assist with order and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7am-3pm (Monday through Thursday), 6am-2pm (Friday)
Days: Monday- Friday
Pay: $18.45 per hour
Required Qualifications: Ability to commute to the Mechanicsburg location for first few months of employment and then move to the new Annville facility later in 2026.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, ability to comfortably handle large volumes of emails daily, export filing experience a plus!
