DHL is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair equipment within our new, state-of-the-art customization operation supporting a major consumer-products brand. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on machinery diagnostics, equipment repair, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing or production and has experience with industrial maintenance, production equipment, mechanical systems, and machinery diagnostics.

Schedule: First (1st) Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime required based on business needs.

Pay: $27.50 / hour

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and industrial equipment
• Diagnose machinery and equipment issues using technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and industry control software
• Use schematics, blueprints, and manuals to identify and complete repairs
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues, minimize equipment downtime, and improve reliability
• Collaborate with department leaders and relay necessary support to outside vendors for repairs, parts, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and repair histories
• Follow OSHA, DHL, and lockout/tagout safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area including tools, parts, and documentation

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certifications, desirable
• 1+ years of hands-on industrial, manufacturing, or production equipment maintenance experience
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment, desirable
• Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
