Brokerage Customer Optimization LeadThe Customs Brokerage Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of import entry filings while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses heavily on optimization and continuous improvement of brokerage processes. The specialist works closely with internal teams, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure that all entries meet U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) requirements and company quality standards. A Licensed Customs Broker is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Operations Leaders to identify process gaps and training needs related to entry quality and regulatory accuracy.
Recommend and implement improvements or best practices related to data quality, documentation, or workflow efficiency.
Identify trends, systemic defects, or recurring errors and develop corrective action plans.
Serve as a subject matter expert to customers on import compliance, entry quality, and post-entry processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency with brokerage systems, ACE, and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred
Licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred
Experience with audits, root-cause analysis, or quality control programs.
Background in high-volume brokerage environments or third-party logistics.

Pay Range
$54,300.00 - $72,400.00

Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.
